Delete your All My Subs account

All My Subs is operated by Rocha Labs. You can delete your account and all the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how.

1. Delete your account inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the All My Subs app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Data & security → Delete account.
3. Read the warning, confirm, and type the word DELETE when asked.
4. Tap the final confirmation button.

2. Can't open the app? Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, send an email to contact@allmysubs.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Write the account email in the message if you are writing from a different address. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase:

• your account (email, name, sign-in data) and profile;
• all your subscriptions, charges, categories, tags, wallets and payment-method labels (including the nickname and last 4 digits you typed);
• your notification history and preferences;
• the files you uploaded (profile picture and attachments);
• the record of the terms you accepted.

4. What may be kept

We do not keep a copy of your subscription data after deletion. Purchase records for the optional "Pro lifetime" upgrade are held by Google Play and Apple (the stores) and by our purchase processor RevenueCat, as required for accounting, refunds and fraud prevention. These records are not linked to any other data we hold once your account is erased. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a store purchase; refunds are handled by the store.

5. Export your data first (optional)

Before deleting, you can download everything: Settings → Export data (JSON, CSV or PDF).
